Bas is the more affordable option and is perfect for those who are completely certain about their travel dates. In the event of a cancellation, no part of the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our booking terms.
Flex is the flexible option for those who want more freedom with their booking. You can cancel or modify your booking until 12:00 noon the day before arrival, with a full refund of the booking amount (minus an administrative fee of 100 SEK).
The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you have started your stay but need to cut it short for any reason, no refund will be issued.
You are responsible for the cabin or campsite during your stay. You must take good care of the cabin or campsite and follow the facility’s rules and guidelines. You are personally responsible for any damages to the cabin or campsite. The facility is family-friendly, and to ensure a good night’s sleep for everyone, quiet hours are in effect from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
You may not allow more people to stay in the cabin or on the campsite than the number specified at the time of booking. You are responsible for returning all keys to the cabin or campsite upon departure; otherwise, the cost of replacing the lock will be charged. If the cabin is left uncleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged afterward.
If we fail to provide the cabin or campsite in the promised condition and are unable to offer you a similar alternative, you have the right to terminate the rental agreement. In such cases, the full rental cost will be refunded. You may also request compensation in the form of a reduced rental fee. Any complaints should be reported as soon as possible. Any issues that arise must be reported immediately to give us the opportunity to resolve them.
The booking terms apply in full, and the agreement may be terminated with immediate effect if: – you or anyone in your party behaves disruptively, – you or anyone in your party causes damage, or – the cabin or campsite is used for unintended purposes.
If the agreement is terminated due to any of the above reasons, you and your party must leave the cabin or campsite, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
Contact us if you have any complaints or concerns. Please note that your chances of resolving the issue decrease if you delay reaching out to us. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can escalate the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
