Flex is the flexible option for you who want more freedom with your booking.
You can cancel and change your booking until 12:00 the day before arrival with a full refund of the booking amount (minus an administrative fee of SEK 100). ).
The accommodation is available from kl. 15:00 the day of arrival until kl. 11:00 departure day.
If you have started your stay and for some reason are forced to cancel it, no money will be refunded.
You are responsible for the cottage or camping site during your stay. You must take good care of the cottage or camping site and follow the facility’s rules and instructions that apply. You are responsible for any damage to the cottage or camping site.
You may not allow more people to stay overnight in the cottage or camping site than stated when booking. You are responsible for all keys to the cottage or camping site being returned on departure, otherwise the cost of changing the lock will be charged. If the cottage is left unclean, the cost of cleaning will be charged afterwards.
If we do not provide the cottage or camping site in the promised condition and are unable to offer you another similar cottage or camping site, you have the right to terminate the lease. Then the entire rental cost is refunded. You can also request that we compensate you with a reduced rent. If you have complaints, these should be filed as soon as possible. Errors that occur must be reported immediately so we get a chance to correct this.
The agreement expires with immediate effect if
– you or someone in your party behaves disruptively
– you or someone in your party commits vandalism
– if the cottage or camping site is used for an unintended purpose.
If the agreement expires due to above, you and your party must leave the cottage or camping site and you will not be entitled to a refund. a>
Contact us with any complaints or ambiguities. Keep in mind that your chances of getting it right will decrease if you delay in contacting us. If we do not agree, you can turn to the General Complaints Board.
